Introduction of the IILCC

The International Investment Law Centre Cologne (IILCC) was founded on 26 September 2008 in Cologne. It is affiliated to the University of Cologne. 

One aim of the Centre is to promote the exchange between academic study and practice of international investment law and arbitration. In addition to offering many courses, practical seminars and moot courses and competitions, the purpose of the IILCC is to conduct research in the field of international investment law. The IILCC organises conferences on international investment law on a regular basis. 

The library at the Centre offers a broad selection of current literature on the subject in addition to the latest journal publications in the field. The Centre supports the research of students, doctoral students and candidates as well as master students.
